Liechtenstein Prime Minister Brigitte Haas (Patriotic Union, VU) was officially sworn in by H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois von und zu Liechtenstein at Vaduz Castle on Thursday, 10 April 2025. She then conducted the swearing-in of the Ministers and Alternate Ministers in the Fürst Johannes Saal of the Government Building.
The Government for the 2025–2029 legislative term consists of Prime Minister Brigitte Haas (VU), Deputy Prime Minister Sabine Monauni (Progressive Citizens' Party, FBP), and Ministers Hubert Büchel (VU), Daniel Oehry (FBP), and Emanuel Schädler (VU). "Together with my colleagues, I will be fully engaged on behalf of the future of our country. Especially in challenging times, we need a shared direction, as well as constructive and reliable cooperation, so that we can continue to develop our country in the best possible way," said Prime Minister Brigitte Haas at the swearing-in ceremony in Vaduz.
As Prime Minister, Brigitte Haas will lead the Ministry of General Government Affairs and Finance. Deputy Prime Minister Sabine Monauni is responsible for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Environment and Culture. In the new Government, Hubert Büchel assumes the Ministry of Home Affairs, Economy and Sports, Daniel Oehry the Ministry of Infrastructure and Education, and Emanuel Schädler the Ministry of Social Affairs and Justice.
